There and Fucked - AGAIN!

The Return of the King was a great fucking movie � a HUGE, EPIC fucking movie, but I especially liked it for 2 specific reasons:

a) The scene with the three Hobbits (read: fantasy midgets) ONE of which is an amputee. Middle Earth Midget Amputee Man-Love. There�s some shit happening there.

b) An accurate portrayal of �going home�. Because the clich� is true, you can�t. If you�ve been �away� for any length of time, you know what I mean. It�s never the fucking same.

You may have become a fucking pirate or a fucking astronaut, or invented a new letter but when ya goes home�it don� fucking matter. You are who you were when you left the first time. And people don�t really give a shit what you�ve done, because more likely than not, they�ve done fuck all in the years since � if you�re from a small town like me.

It�s both comforting and unsettling. And the major reason I don�t go home very often. Cause as much as I want to hear what�s new with others, I don�t want to depressed by the expected, �Not much� answer. When I�ve had enough, I leave.

Leaving is probably the best thing a person can do. Fresh start, new you. That�s why cities are cool. You can bet that the people you yelled at yesterday will never see you again. So you can reinvent yourself every fucking day. Put on personalities like hats. Keeps �em guessing.

Other than that: Big fucking elephants with huge fucking tusks should not be able to be taken down with arrows and swords. You�re lucky to cut a normal elephant hide, let alone an Oiliphant hide.
