Animal Revolution - Chapter I

Retarded little girls and mongaloid little boys, it has come - that time. Time to pull up a pillow and a bottle of your intoxicant of choice and listen to Papa Shade as he tells you about the world and what it's really like - only he'll use little bunny rabbits and doe-eyed fawns to make it taste sweet enough for your sensitive little palates. So for the next few days I'll be posting not but the aforementioned story, so, are you comfortable? I figured as much...maybe I can change that.

PROLOGUE

It was bound to happen. Mother Nature was patient very, very patient as it would happen. Job could have taken a few lessons from the Old Bird. But itd been cloudy for over a week the annoying not quite raining, not quite not raining, kind of rain. And shed had enough of it.

CHAPTER ONE

August 23rd, 12:00:53

He can clearly hear his friends trailing hopefully behind. They sound distressed, but after taking that first breath of water, he just cant fathom what all the fuss was about.

The drag net cuts deeply into his side but the dolphin is unaware of the pain. Quite the opposite. He feelsexcited. Bubbly!

So this is Bottomsleep, he thinks to himself, Not so bad. Not chasing seals, but not that bad.

12:00:54

It was a good night. The night was warm and moist and fragrant and the she-moth fluttered on dusky eddies looking for a prime spot to wash up and let the nectar in her belly settle.

12:00:55

Yes. It was a good night. Almost time to aim back at the cave. Waitalways time for one last morselstraight ahead.

12:00:56

The she-moth quite liked being fullbut not as much as she liked that BIG SHINY LIGHT! WOWEE! SoBLUE..and soSHINY! And listenits humming to me!

12:00:57

The moth was easy to track and seemed to be flying straight towards that hum-box. Gotta be quick now, he thinks, Damnthink Im gonna miss...

12:00:58

HEY MURLEEN! Durned bats reveywur. Sokay though, gots me a BATminton racket!

TWONNNNK! WEEE HAA-ugk!

12:00:59

So warmso inviting

TZZZINK! Plip.

12:01:00

Becoming is what they later called the transformation. For the drowned dolphin, his first human act was to jump back into the cold East Pacific Ocean. His second, once he was dragged kicking and screeching back on deck, was to screech more and flop like a fish out of water arms at his side.

For the she-moth, Becoming was a matter of all humming-blue-beauty one moment, and dropping-something-called-lemonade-on-a-massively huge-foot, the next. The light she, a moment before drawn to, was to her left, but once the ex-she-moth saw the giant green man-bat with the strange web/stick in his wing/hand standing in the back yard she ran back inside, screaming in terror.

12:01:01

Upon Becoming, the Bat reflexively swings something called his hand up to something called his face and consequently, not yet quite grasping the concept of human kinesthetics, bashes his nose with his racket bringing tears to his eyes.

For a split second he thinks that these words are just great for what they were. Then he sees the giant, clear moth-woman flutter back inside the trailer. Not knowing why, he chases her inside, the Moth-Womans incessant Loo-Loo-Loo-Loo-ing making for easy following.

But he wasnt quite sure yet what hed do once he caught her.

And so it went.
